Gunjan is Founder and Managing Director of Amritt, Inc a 16-year-old management consulting firm that advises American companies on how to win in India. Companies such as Boeing, Clorox, Digikey, Paramount Farms, Roche Diagnostics, Teledyne and Walt Disney have benefited from Amritt’s India expertise. Bagla writes about business with India for the Havard Business Review and his book “Doing Business in 21st Century India” was published by Hachette. Bagla is a frequent speaker on business with India at global conferences. He earned a Bachelors’s in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur and an MBA with honors from Southern Illinois University. He was President of the Alumni Association of the IITs and a board member of the South Asia Studies Association and the American Society of Engineers of Indian Origin. He and his wife make their home in Malibu, California.
